ATHENS (AP)—The heads of Greece's fragile coalition government held new talks Wednesday over further austerity measures needed for the debt-crippled country to remain in the international loan program that is protecting it from bankruptcy. But it is unclear whether Prime Minister Antonis Samaras' third meeting in less than a week with his two junior coalition partners can achieve a breakthrough on identifying the full (euro) 11.5 billion ($14.14 billion) package of cuts Greece has pledged in 2013 and 2014.
