With further taxation and wage cuts ruled out, the race is on cut expenditures and find creative ways of saving a buck. There will be much head-scratching by Ministers and advisors who are now racing against time to figure out how to lower the Government's expenditures by 11.5 billion for the fiscal year of 2013-2014. This will be the largest single budget cut yet for the Greek government.
